EVE Online: Rubicon To Be Released On Tuesday, November 19th, 2013
EVE Online: Rubicon will be released on Tuesday, November 19th. Downtime for the deployment of this release will begin at the usual time of 11:00 UTC, and will be completed by 12:00 UTC.
This release brings a whole host of new features, including four new mobile structures, new ghost sites, Sisters of EVE faction ships, player owned high-security customs offices, warp acceleration changes, the Interbus Ship Identification System, a new character selection screen and various ship balancing updates.
