The Prototype Stellar Harvester in Egmar has been activated! - Controlling the system of Egmar will now provide research points for the faction that controls the system of Egmar in addition to Turnur - Stellar Observatory Sites will now spawn in the Angils constellation in addition to the Eugidi Constellation Made various improvements to the Stellar Observation Data Hub sites based on player feedback 🤝 - The Imperial Laboratory in Mehatoor and the Republic Laboratory in Amo will now trade 100 Stellar Research data for 10 loyalty tokens instead of 50 for 5 tokens. (Ratio is the same). - The sites will now despawn immediately after all the containers have been hacked. - Decreased the warp speed of the NPCs so players have more breathing time to hack and a chance to escape between the NPC waves. - Increased the number of waves in the site. - Reduced the amount of loyalty tokens needed for the new Navy Exploration Frigates to 125, and new Navy Combat Battlecruisers to 1,250.

Events:

- The first Factional Campaigns have launched! These will include special limited-time events where capsuleers can choose to assist or oppose the major factions of New Eden in their goals. Through these events, capsuleers can impact the balance of power within New Eden and write the ongoing history of the cluster. - The Factional Campaigns window can be found on the front page of The Agency, as well as under the encounters section. - The Gallente Federation and Caldari State have placed utmost importance on controlling the Athounon system, and are attempting to build stargates leading back to Amygnon and Samanuni respectively, Capsuleers can assist either faction by occupying Athounon through factional warfare, and mining unique ore in the Serthoulde constellation. - Ore can be turned in at each factions gate building site in Athounon for loyalty tokens needed to get early access to the new navy ships! - Caldari and Gallente stargates use different construction methods so require different types of ore, Caldari require Dense Polycrase while Gallente require Dense Moissanite. Each type of ore site is more likely to spawn in systems that are occupied by that faction in Factional Warfare. - One or both of these factions may be able to reach their goal of constructing the stargate based on capsuleer actions. "If you build it, they will come." - The Amarr Empire and the Minmatar Republic are both attempting to develop new technology derived from Triglavian Stellar Transmuters. To advance this research they are fighting over control of prototype Stellar Transmuters that the Amarr has constructed within the warzone, as well as data collected from remote observation facilities spread throughout the local constellations. - The Prototype Stellar Harvester in the system of Turnur has become active! Controlling the system of Turnur will be vital for each faction's research progress, and Stellar Observatory sites are being launched throughout all of the Eugidi constellations systems to collect valuable research data. - Players can find these sites using scanner probes in the Eugidi constellation, although be wary, as soon as a player warps to a stellar observatory they will become visible on the overview to all capsuleers in the system! - These sites will only allow Tech 1, Navy and Pirate Frigates to enter, and will belong to the faction that currently controls the system through factional warfare occupancy. The owning faction will have NPC guards that will attack any capsuleer not aligned to their militia, additionally, neutral players not in factional warfare will receive a suspect timer if they enter the site. The valuable data containers housed within the site contain coveted encrypted stellar research data. - Players can support the Minmatar Republic by bringing the Encrypted Stellar Research Data to their laboratory in Amo, and Amarr by bringing the data to their laboratory facility located in Mehatoor. Players will be rewarded by each faction with loyalty tokens for doing so. You can also bring Duct tape to the Minmatar lab - it won't be rewarded, but will still be appreciated. - Loyalty Tokens can be brought to the respective LP stores of that faction's militia in exchange for exclusive early access to the new navy Frigates and Battlecruisers!

Localization:

The first steps have been taken to localize EVE Online into European Spanish. Some aspects of the game client, the official EVE Online web site and the official forums are now available in Spanish. We will be iterating on and adding to the translations, working with the players to build on todays release. 🤝 - Spanish Help and Recruitment Channels have been added in-game. - Additional updates have been made to Korean, Japanese, German, French, and Russian text.

User Interface:

- It is now possible to multi-fit strategic cruisers. 🤝 (Wormholer btw) - The Apply Skill Points windows will automatically set the number of skill points needed to train to the next level. 🤝 Photon UI: - Moved the "Toggle Market Ticker" option to the top right 'More' menu of the window. - Updated Drones window. - Using Compact Mode now removes the header of the window. - Added Launch Drones, Engage Target, Return and Orbit,and Return to Drone Bay buttons to groups. - Changed the 'Aggressive/Passive' radio buttons to an 'Auto Attack' checkbox. - Improved Tooltips. - Improved feedback when dragging and dropping Drones. - Added Anomalies to the in-space right-click menu. - Planet type now displayed in the in-space right-click menu. - Clicking on the sub-menu of Asteroid Belts, Planets, Stargates, Stations, and Anomalies will now warp the ship to 0m. - Fixed an issue with the Faction Warfare agency section taking a long time to load. - Redeem Queue pointer now says "this element doesn't appear on your screen right now" rather than claiming the pointer is invalid when the player has no items in their redeeming queue. Pointers have feelings, too.
