- 3% bonus to command burst strength changed to 4% bonus to command burst strength

Events:
- The 2v2 Cruiser Brawl Proving Ground event has ended. The next proving ground event will be a 5 player Destroyer FFA starting on July 31st.
User Interface:
- Added warning "UI will be hidden" on Activate Tutorial for old characters trying to play new tutorial.
- Temporarily removed ability to inject booster from the redeeming queue in space.

- Fixed an issue that caused Triglavian Invasion music to play in non-invaded systems.

Patch Notes For 2020-07-16.1
Features & Changes
Events:
- The first Abyssal Proving Ground event of Quadrant 3 has begun. This event allows pairs of Tech One Combat, Attack, and Disruption cruisers enter the proving grounds and will run from 16 July to 28 July.
- The rewards for winning specific proving ground matches during this event consist of an abyssal cache that contains a variety of standard Abyssal loot as well as new exclusive character apparel.
- The rewards for the top 100 winners during this event include exclusive skins for the Thorax, Omen, Caracal, and Stabber, as well as skillpoints, ISK, and filaments for future proving ground events.
- The leaderboard UI for this abyssal proving ground event will begin disabled while we continue with final testing, but in the meantime all match data will be collected daily by CCP staff to ensure that the top 100 rankings are preserved.
- If high volumes of players entering the abyss from trade hub systems begin to cause too much load for those systems, CCP has added the ability to disable entry to the abyss from specific systems on a case by case basis. We will begin with entry to the abyss allowed in all systems, and make adjustments if necessary.

- Fixed an issue in the Daily Login Rewards where it was possible to claim the Day 30 reward and the Day 1 reward on the same day when transitioning between campaigns.
Localization:
- Fixed an issue where the Log off button has a Chinese hint in the Russian client.
User Interface:
- Fixed an issue in the Tutorial were ignoring prompts from Aura would not reveal the HUD.

- EDENCOM Technology can now be found throughout the Triglavian invasion, either in the wrecks of destroyed EDENCOM ships or through trades in the DED LP store using newly added Triglavian data drops:

Science and Industry:
- Blueprints for EDENCOM Ships, Modules, and Charges have been added to the DED LP Store.
Skills:
- EDENCOM Skills are now available for direct purchase from the Character Sheet.
- Vorton Specialization Skills and Upwell Encryption Methods are found in the DED LP Store.
User Interface:
- It is now possible to kick cloaked corporation members.
- The list of characters scheduled for auto removal from corporations is now processed regularly throughout the day.
Login Campgaigns:
- Boosters offered in the Daily Login Rewards campaign can now be activated from the redemption queue while in Space.
- Several other updates have been made to the Daily Login Rewards campaign that will apply to any new 30-day cycle that starts after today’s update:
- New rewards have been added.
- The quality of the Boosters has been increased.
- The researched level for BPCs has been improved.
Defect Fixes
Gameplay:
- Fixed an issue where stored fleet setups do not load when creating a new fleet with the setup.
- Fixed an issue where the user cannot take control of their structure when switching from character without roles.
- Fixed an issue where using the new Log Off feature would cause problems when attempting to join a Fleet.
- Fixed an issue where by manually adding an agent to the Address book with an active standings based fleet advert will bring up Fleet Advert update pop up.
- Improvements to client performance when trading big quantities of items.
- NPC Sotiyos can no longer spawn in Solar Systems that do not have Asteroid Belts. They really need minerals to be nearby in order to operate properly and just don't have the hauler capacity to deal with importing it all.
- Amarr will no longer be policing CONCORD systems in the Sanctum Constellation. CONCORD has resumed control.
Graphics:
- Updated clouds around rock formation scenery.
- Fixed an issue where stations and other objects were visible through moons.
- Fixed an issue with texture tiling on low quality shader settings.
- Fixed an issue that allowed players to view through a small section of the Thunderchild.
- Fixed an issue that caused the Epithal to have a slight gap in it's model.
- Fixed an issue that caused decals to appear incorrectly on the Avatar Lavacore Imperial SKIN.
- Fixed an issue that caused some entities to be missing their icons.
- Fixed an issue that caused certain Caldari stations to not hide their VFX on low graphics settings.
- Fixed an issue that caused Visual damage is not applied to hulls when camera is zoomed out.
