EVE Online downtime on Wednesday, July 13, 2011

Tranquility experienced an unexpected downtime this afternoon at 16:10 UTC due to a database issue. We are in the process of rebooting the server and we expect to be online at 16:40 UTC. See this thread for more information.

Update: The Tranquility server has been returned to service.
