Early Downtime! - 10:00 UTC - October 8th, 2013

Downtime will begin early on Tuesday, October 8th, 2013 to facilitate the deployment of Uprising 1.5 for DUST 514. Daily downtime will begin one hour early at 10:00 UTC, and will last until 10:30 UTC. 

As with all deployment downtimes, we reccommend that players set a long skill in training for the duration of the deployment.
