Dear players,
Update:Since a number of the customers that got their passwords reset have been unable to log in due to the delays with our email arriving to them, they have been credited with extra days on their accounts to compensate for these problems.
Many of you have sent us multiple mails regarding missing passwords and issues relating to the hacking attempt the other day. We ask that anyone with multiple mails on this please close all but one in order to lessen the load at Customer Support.
Also, some of you have already been able to retrieve your password and are playing and we ask that you close mails that you may have open regarding an issue that has been resolved. We are working hard on sorting out this whole mess and with your help we will have this all back to normal as soon as possible. Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
